                Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday and Sunday from 12:00pm to 6:00      

                Saturdays from 11:00am to 5:00pm

Coral Gables serves as a cultural and educational institution.

The museum's mission is to provide a program of exhibitions, collections, institutional offerings, conferences among other things.

The budget that manages the museum for the events that are held, are obtained through membership, private donations and government support.

 

Our advice:

You can share with your family the various conferences, and cultural events.

When you get to the museum, ask for the audio tour... Its very informative.

You can have fun with your friends playing mini golf

The museum is located in Miami Florida, it is the oldest, largest and cultural state museum.

History Miami joins the Elite twenty percent of history museums around the country which has received honors as well. It was accredited by the American Alliance of Museums.
The museum was formerly called Historical Museum of Southern Florida.

Our Advice:

You can get there by tram, it drops you two blocks from the museum.

There are paintings of Frank Sinatra and Tim Chapman, there are few museums in the Union.

It is an excellent place for reading lovers, the entrance is totally free without taking the books home.

It also presents exhibitions for children and recreation areas where they learn history.

You can take pictures to take with you the memories of the museum.

The museum presentations are in several languages.

Ancient Spanish Monastery

The monastery was brought from Spain to Miami during the twelfth century as part of the Abbey of Santa María La Real, it is located 16711 West Dixie Highway North Miami Beach, FL 33160.

Today it is used for the service of the Episcopal Church in the United States and at the same time as a tourist attraction.

Our advice:

The visit to the monastery lasts about 1 to 2 hours, or you can stay until sunset. You can watch the ornate vaulted ceilings in a Gothic style, plus every corner has its charm. There are gift shops where you can get your own memories of this visit. The monastery holds events such as weddings, church services, baptisms, first communions and others... you can request it in English or Spanish.

Schedule:     Open Tuesday to Sunday 09: 00am to 4:00 pm.

This museum is full of historically art and surrounded by beautiful gardens, it also offers merchandise such as crafts, antiques, clothing, jewelry and many more things which are high impact for visitors.

It is a place with a very attractive park and well maintained, where its story is told by the guides, in the tour you can see a variety of wildlife such as playful monkeys, majestic swans, waterfowl and suddenly an occasional mananti among others.

It has one of the best collections of orchids that exist in the United States.

Our Advice:

You can tour the island native barrier and go to its wetlands, forests and gardens.

The tour lasts approximately 1 to 2 hours where you can enjoy a guided walk through the fantastic gardens of the mansion and discover how lived the great landowners of that time.

If you want to buy art, you can do because the exhibits are for selling.

As recommendations you should not use cameras inside the museum, no large bags, backpacks, or tripods.

Schedule:   It is open every day of the week except on holidays.

This museum houses more than 30,000 unique artifacts from the Seminole tribe where you will learn the cultural and historical ties of southeastern Africa.

Ah- Tah- Trh -ki museum with the best presentation of fauna and flora in addition to its historical and cultural presentation. It is a center of educational and entertainment programs.

Our advice:

The maritime tour is about 1 kilometer, where you can see snakes and listen to the explanations of the flora. 

Ah Tah Thi Ki features gift shops where you can buy souvenirs.

It also has very didactic educational resources for children.

The museum has wheelchairs for the disabled and they can make ​the trip without problems

You can ride through the forest area which is behind the museum and relax with the chirping of birds
