It is a Contemporary Art space, was funded privately by Carlos and Rosa de la Cruz, it is an extension of their home, for more than 25 years and they shared their collection with the public.
The main purpose of this place is to provide education and awareness in the visual arts, educational programming includes lectures, artists' workshops, guided visits, scholarship opportunities and initiatives for student travel.

You have to ring the bell to get in and sign the register, but once inside, you can visit some parts of the house, on the first floor paintings are well chosen.
It is a place for lovers of contemporary art and the tour lasts about an hour.
